A forum (representative of each club) has been created to exchange ideas for the formulation of a development plan and to structure existing and possible new programs into a formal NIIHA development structure.
Representatives are:
This program should be easy to understand, transparent to all involved, easy to implement and as practical as possible. This program therefore could be used as a marketing tool.
As many people as ideally be possible should get involved in it, as the clubs are the first beneficiary i.e. increased number of players and membership.
Actions and programs between regions should be coordinated to avoid unnecessary duplication and costs.
The workload should be spread as much as possible to have fun and enjoyment in the activities and not to regard it as a burden. Involved people do not necessarily be club/committee members; they can be any interested people.
The club representative should transfer information gained back to the club, thus making communication much easier and faster, alternatively they could approach the correct people for the right activity in the respective community.
Having received some club representative's names the first step now is to look at the proposed schematic outlay of the development program.
The implementation of the concept of the structure should start at the beginning of the next season.
For feedback or further information please contact Ulrike Rodenwoldt or your InLine Hockey Club representative.
